Once you have closed escrow, the home belongs to you, and the burden of the repairs is on you, so it is wise to minimize the possibility of home defects before you buy. With your Pacific Inspection Group Report in hand, you and your Sales Agent can use it as a bargaining tool.

• Delays: I can help you avoid costly delays. Uncovering problems via a home inspection after a sales contract has been signed can cause delays in closing and may be a deal-breaker. To make a house move-in-ready, as a seller you should do a pre-listing inspection that identifies defects so they can be fixed before a buyer gets an unfavorable inspection.

• Single Family Home 1001 sqft - 1300 sqft   $375.00
• Single Family Home 1301 sqft - 1500 sqft   $400.00
• Single Family Home 1501 sqft - 2000 sqft   $425.00
• Single Family Home 2001 sqft - 2500 sqft    $450.00
• Single Family Home 2501 sqft - 3000 sqft   $475.00
• Above 3000 sqft call (808) 344-0974 for a quote.

Mold add-on at the time of inspection starts at $375.00 per 1000 sqft.

Any inspection outside of the Puna or Hilo area will have an additional travel charge of $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the area.
